Eating out @ Kepong

We head down to Kepong to see a condo's show unit. Sigh..Disappointing..commercial shops downstairs...not fruitful

It is not fruitful in that way, but it is fruitful in another way....we get to eat around Kepong!. Seng's bro brought us there a few times. Our favourite will be fish fillet spag...for only RM5.50. Cheap ,rite???

The portion is just nice. Not to little...but, the portion used to be bigger last time.

After that, we head over for dessert......... We don't gain weight without a reason. SIGh!~ Must go on diet....!!!....next time.... hehe

After searching high and low for this shop...finally....

My objective here is to try out the mango "cheung fun" and mango noodle. Not found anywhere...so MUST try!!!

There... here it is... each and every dessert in the menu has a picture beside....so, you don't have to guess what it looks like. Wanted to try the noodle...but the "cheung fun" looks more appetizing.

Tadaaaa~ This is served cold. Dont mistaken this with "chee cheung fun". The skin is not made of flour ( i guess). I don't really know what it is made of...but absolutely NOT flour lo. It is soft and smooth....texture like young coconut....but when u bite on it, it is like "tau fu far". So SO SO NICE!!!! MUST MUST try!!!!~...Special stuffs don't normally come with cheap price. This is RM8 per plate~ worth trying , though. Wanted to force D to order mango noodle for himself but he.........

....ordered this too quickly, that i can't stop him. Sigh. This is his favourite Red Bean Soup with tong yun filled with black sesame.

Nice!!! Nice!! Good food all the way....FOOD-ful TRIP!~

I googled the place and i found that it has another outlet in Mutiara Damansara. The Puchong's outlet is opposite of IOI Mall. This restaurant is filled with lemongrass scent. So, you dont have to worry abt mosquitoes when seated at the outdoor

We were seated outside... some sorta next to the "chefs". I read in a blog saying that they forbid ppl snapping photos of the chefs....and i got one... ngek ngek..

The deco is simple Balinese style.. Heard that it used to be more beautiful...


We were sitted outside...and it is darn hard to snap pictures outdoor...the candles and the spotlights...sigh....

What to eat....?? what to eat??
This is the only set available. Rm48++ for soup, main course and cocktail. I find the set not so worth it, though.

Not many choices available. Only grilled ones and nasi lemak. However, their grilled stuffs are really good. All grilled to perfection. If you are meat lover ( like me), must try their beef and lamb. The meat is so tender and juicy. The fish is fresh but i would prefer them to grill it over aluminium or banana leaves, because the stripes of burns are bitter. Spoilt the fish a little, but if you were to eat it with the brown sauce, you wouldn't notice the bitter taste. The nasi lemak comes with a mini kerabu. LOVE the kerabu..the kerabu is a little more sour than the usual ones, well blended with the spiciness. Yum!~

This cake has been in the refrigerator for almost 3 days.... lol. Thank you, Sue ean for the cake and the candle~ HAPPY Belated Birthday to me...

Imaginary Kayak

I suddenly got kayak crazeeee...googled to find out that Putrajaya is the nearest place to kayak. Since we will be there....why not wait few more hours until evening...to kayak,right??

From the morning "Balloon Festival" we lepak until evening..Yay!! Wetland, here we come~

"Oh sorry lar....hari ni kita ada function. Mereka ada camp..semua org dah pergi sana lah. Tak ada orang jaga kayak. Sorry...datanglah esok."

Kayak is here...but we cannot sit on it??????!~

Being the usual "mang cang" queen...i scold and scold and scold....

Then, S came out with an idea....

Firstly...we must make sure that the kayak is clean and dry....check for leakage....

Then......

Do some warm up.....hoikkk...hoiiik...

Then.....
..........off we go.......

 WOW!~.....yeeee haaa!~

and they go........hhhheeeeee yaaaaakkk!~


Now... what are you thinking??? Do you think we.....

a) Stole the kayak away
b) Coax the person in charge to let us play
c) Pay extra.....or bribe the person
